This privacy policy applies to the E-PG New app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices created by Pura Group (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

• The Service Provider may disclose user-provided and automatically collected information:

  • When they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect your safety, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request
  • With trusted service providers who work on their behalf and have agreed to adhere to this privacy statement.

Face Data Retention

The face data will be retained only until the payroll process is completed. Once payroll processing is finished, the face data will be permanently deleted.

The Service Provider takes reasonable precautions to protect the confidentiality of your information, including face data. They employ physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the data they process and maintain.
